RETURN & REFUND
We offer a 14 days return policy. Fashion Police is liable if the products you have ordered are damaged or somehow lost during shipping. If the products are damaged or lost in transit you have to make contact with us within 2 weeks from the day you placed your order. If the product are lost or damaged when you returning it, the customer is held liable. Cancellations after your order has been dispatched is not possible. In case your order has already been dispatched, the customer is required to receive the order and it is your responsibility to cancel the order in accordance with the conditions of sale. The cancellation is not valid until the customer has confirmed with Fashion Police by e-mail, and this contact has been acknowledged by Fashion Police. If the product may be unavailable, Fashion Police reserves the right to cancel the order. We will notify the customer of a replacement or any equivalent product if possible. Fashion Police also reserves the right to decide whether a customer will get a refund (fees not included) or not. Fashion Police receives a package in return that has not been received by the customer, we reserve the right to charge you for all costs that incur from handling your order and shipment. An invoice will be sent to you and payment of the invoice must be made within 10 days. It is not possible to request a return or request a refund if the customer did not like the product.
It is important that the customer control the product when the shipment is received, in order to verify that the products are not damaged and correct type. If you receive your product and see that we have sent the incorrect product or it is damaged, please contact us within 3 weeks from the date you placed your order. To help you in the best possible way, please inform us your order number and the reason for complaint when contacting us. We respond to you as soon as we can with instructions on how to return your item. It is important that the returning product is packaged in such a way that it cannot be damaged in transit. The customer is entitled to a full refund of the shipping cost if the product has a manufacturing fault which is covered by the warranty. Fashion Police has the right to replace defective products with products of the same model. If the item has been discontinued, the customer will receive a full refund.
